Zippy's Policies

Below are some of our policies that we strictly enforce. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to email or call us.

• 50-100 % Deposit On All Custom Orders
• We Accept the Following Graphic Files: AI, JPEG, EPS, CDR, WMF; Files must be Hi Res.
• Files in excess of 5 megs must be placed on CD and delivered or shipped to our graphics dept.
• All art generated and any excessive alterations to graphics perform by our graphics dept. has a labor charge of $60/hr.
• General turn around is 7-10 days upon receipt of all art, any proof approvals, deposit receipts and/or purchase orders.
• Rush charges apply 30% less than 3 working days.
• Garment sizes larger than x-Lrg occurs a surcharge.
